RS232 Bit Rate Converter

This device can take RS232 serial data at one speed and output it at a different speed either slower or faster. It supports a wide range of different baud rates and can send and receive in both directions. It has a memory buffer to allow slow devices to catch up to fast devices.

It could be very useful for hooking up older equipment to more modern equipment such as Laboratory equipment, home automation controllers, GPS navigation systems etc.
